The "BOOLEAN" Search Technique To Target Leads on Linkedin

I guarantee that the hyper targeting LinkedIn search technique I'm going to show you today will outperform every of your searches that you have ever made. Hi, and welcome to this video. My name is Marko and in the last 2 years only, I generated over 4, 000 leads from my own company. With leads, I don't mean some data that I scraped. With leads, I mean, people that shared the number of me in the chat because they're interested to speak with us about our offerings.

And 1 of the main reasons why we got so many leads is because we simply build the right foundation. What do I mean with this? It simply reached out to the people that are a perfect fit for what we are offering. And 1 way of how to do this is with the boolean searches that I will show you how to do in this video. The first, if you go right into it, what we can see here, chief executive officer.

But when we look now at the people here, we can see all type of different titles, Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officers, etcetera. Because if we just target the people like this, we will get everything that is inside of chief, executive, and also with officer. If you want to make sure that we only get the CEO, so only get the chief executive officers, what we need to use is this so called quotation. So what we need to do is we need to do it like that. So if we now click on search, now we only get people that exactly have these 3 words inside the profile.

So we can see here is now we have only chief executive officer, chief executive officer, founder director, but he also has this title inside. With that, we simply increase the quality of our search drastically. So the quotations simply help you to find exactly the people that you want to have, because it needs to be an exact match that somebody will be shown here if you use them. But obviously only to target like this also doesn't make sense. It needs to be a combination with the other filters.

Like here, for example, I also want to have 1 to 1011 to 50 when it comes to the company head account. I want to have geography. For example, I want to have clients from Dubai. So I'll simply put in here, Dubai, then I also want to be able to make sure that they speak the same languages as me. So I put in here English, and I want to have people that are active on LinkedIn and to show this that they posted on LinkedIn.

So now what I have now, 2, 000 people that have exactly the word chief executive officers here inside Dubai, 2, 000 people that I can reach out to and that I can pitch. What else is possible? What we can do is we can use this word code and. So if you want to have chief executive officer and we want to have, for example, the word founder, then we can put it inside. With that, we narrow down that the CEO and the founder are exactly the same person.

If this, we make sure that it's not simply a hired CEO. That is also a person that has the word founder in his profile. If that, we narrow down the search even a little bit more and increases it even more. Another example here, if we want to target real estate agents and we want to work with real estate agents that are in off plan, then we can simply put it like that real estate and off plan. So if we now click on 3rd, we only have real estate agents that are working in off plan, means not in secondary, not in rental, only real estate agents that are working in off plan.

So this is also a way. Let's say, for example, you have a marketing agency and you want to help the real estate agency or with the lead generation, and you focus on off plan. So this is exactly what you need to do. So here, you need to think for yourself, for your own niche. What are the criterias of your perfect dream customer?

And then with the word and, you can make sure that you only target the people that are a good fit. Something else very important is the word called or. So we can hear, for example, put in CEO, or some people call themselves founder, or other people are calling themselves managing partner, or other people even give themselves the job title entrepreneur. So if you want to have this type of people that have 1 of these names or 1 of these job titles, then we can use a search like this with OR, OR, OR, for example, as said, CEO, managing partner, or entrepreneur. With this, we are able to make our search bigger, but still very targeted because we can simply choose here the title or the keywords that the person needs to have in his profile as he has been shown here inside the search.

What I like to do for my own targeting is exactly this. Plus then what I also choose is then simply where they exactly should be coming from, the profile language, or also their industry. For example, if I want to target marketing agencies because I simply know that they are using LinkedIn actively to win clients, can put in marketing services. I can put in advertising services, include. Then I don't want to have the very big companies.

I only want to have the small and medium sized companies. And now with only this type of filters, literally within seconds, I have 3 and a half 1000 people that are a good fit. They're either a CEO, a founder, a managing partner, executive officer, or whatever I put inside. With that, we are simply making sure that we have a high quality SERP. Because always remember, you can reach out to the people with the best message, with the best offer.

But if your search isn't done properly, you won't make any sales because you can deliver the right package to the wrong address unlimited times. It will never be successful. It's always the combination between the right targeting, the right messaging, and the right offer that makes a company successful. Another example, I want to show you when we go back to the real estate niche, for example, we have real estate not off plan. So if you want to have people that are not in off plan, then we can use a targeting like that.

With that, we all got you now 100, 000 people that are somehow related to the real estate industry, but not to the off plan. With that, I'm not saying that here are only real estate agents. But if I would put in a real estate agent but not off plan, then I would have only real estate agents that are working in secondary, that are working in rentals, etcetera. With that, we simply exclude everybody that has somehow off plan inside his profile. After you made your targeting here with exactly the people that you want to reach out to, what you need to do then is to take actions.

You need to actively send connection requests. You need to actively send emails. You need to send follow-up campaigns to the people that you already connected with because LinkedIn is still a numbers game. LinkedIn gives you the chance to send approximately around 1, 000 connection requests a month, 2, 000 emails a month, 3, 600 messages a month.
